Surrey Air Ambulance supporter, Andy
Jenkins, recently took on to the skies for our life saving charity.
Brave fundraiser, Andy, took on the challenge of a life time, by jumping out of a plane all for the Air Ambulance and managed to raise an amazing £351.00.
Andy said, "Having been a resident of both Kent and Surrey, I had seen the familiar sight of the Air Ambulances around the counties. The air ambulance is such a vital service, especially in the rural areas of the county, and I knew it would be a worthwhile cause to fundraise for. Together with the fact that I may need the help of the air ambulance myself one day, meant it was an obvious choice. The sky dive itself was the single most exhilarating experience I have ever done, and definitely worth the nerves beforehand! I know the money I raised will be put to good use, which made the sky dive all the more satisfying.'
