2010 is the 181st year of the Surrey County Ploughing Match and this year it hosts the National Vintage Area Finals for Surrey and Hampshire as well as having the usual range of modern, novice and horse-drawn plough classes.

Taking place at Loseley Park, near Guildford, on September 26, that marks the finale of the Surrey Farm & Food Week’s events.

Ticket prices at the gate on show day: Adults £8, over 65s £7, children £4.50, family £23, under 5s free. Discounts are available for advance ticket sales. Adults £7, over 65s £6, children £4, family £21, under 5s free. Go to  www.surreycountyshow.co.uk for savings.
